Beginning again and again
I started at Eastwood nearly four months ago. I began when people were starting to come back to the buildings. It felt good to see the energy and warmth of the communities. It has been good to meet new people. It has been exciting to see people with different interests.
This week we have had to close the doors again.
We have closed the Office to visitors and will try to do some work from home.
COVID makes us stop and start and stop and start.
I am staying at home as much as possible. I am happy to visit or make calls or help you get set up on computers or tablets.
These are skills we all need to learn for our future together. I am used to helping people who are not confident with digital devices. I trained as a Digital Mentor with Josh Wyatt of Signalbox. I am happy to spend some time mentoring anyone who might need some help getting started.
In the last few weeks I learnt how to make a website.
I made lots of mistakes. Perhaps you will be able to find some of them? Of maybe other people will help me to fix the mistakes before you find them?
Have a look around this website and see if you can find:
- a memory
- an idea
- a surprise
I would love to hear what you think!
